It's official! After calling the doctor's office multiple times this morning and no one answering, I finally talked to one of the nurses and she said my blood test confirmed pregnancy!
"Well, you're definately pregnant!" she told me. "All your levels (Beta Hcg level is 4193) and numbers look good, so congratulations!"
Josh left for work earlier this morning so I sent him a text asking him to call me when he got a chance. While I waited, I got so emotional, but they were tears of joy and relief. Last night I was so worried that the blood test would be negative. Josh called about 10 minutes after I sent the text and I told him we'd made a baby!
"I'm really happy!" he told me.
"Me too."
Today I'm 5 weeks pregnant!
This is just a fun way for our friends and family to keep up with us, and our way of keeping track of these exciting memories.
